Peter has been in Commercial Real Estate for over sixty years. He learned his profession in New York City starting in 1963. In 1967, Peter moved to Los Angeles and was co-owner of Summit Realty until 1982.
Tiring of Los Angeles, Peter moved to Santa Rosa, California and purchased half of a brokerage company renamed Juvinall and Niemen. In 1985, that company was sold to Grubb & Ellis, a New York Stock Exchange company. Peter was voted the best Commercial Broker in Sonoma County. In 1993, Peter relocated to Scottsdale, Arizona and joined Colliers International and was a Senior Vice President. Three of his major transactions had aggregate rentals in excess of forty million dollars. Peter moved to Prescott in 2016 and has continued staying active in this market. In addition to his real estate activities, Peter has been a Founder and Director of two small independent banks.
