He has been actively involved in the sale of commercial real estate in Arizona since May of 1993. Prior to that he sold and financed commercial real estate in Northern California from 1983 to 1993. Mr. Semancik’s educational background includes an MBA in Finance graduating Cum Laude from Golden Gate University and a BA in Mathematics graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Cincinnati.
Prior to commercial real estate brokerage Mr. Semancik was employed by, Levi Strauss & Co. in various financial and operational management positions in several locations over a period of 10 years. His final position with Levi Strauss was as Director of Finance, Planning and Systems, for Levi’s Womenswear Division.
